EMMAUS, PA - AfterWords Actors Studio, Between the Lines Studio Theatre, and Star of the Day Event Productions are pleased to announce their first ever collaboration, On The Horizon: Celebrating Female Playwrights.
These three female-led companies are producing the Lehigh Valley's first ever female playwright festival.
In a society that often drowns out female voices, this festival strives to amplify them. Women have stories to tell; it's time the world listened.
The committee is seeking monologues, one-acts, and full length plays from female playwrights of all ages and backgrounds in the Lehigh Valley, Bucks County, and beyond.
This festival is inclusive of all women, including transgender and non-binary individuals. Your voice is important, your story is valid, and we want to hear it.

Cutoff date for submissions is February 10. The submissions will be reviewed by the committee, and accepted works will be announced February 17.
On The Horizon: Celebrating Female Playwrights is a FREE event which will take place at St. John's UCC Emmaus on March 31, 2018.
