Crowded Kitchen Players of Allentown will hold auditions for the critically acclaimed adaptation of A.E. Housman's 'A Shropshire Lad' on Monday, Dec. 15 and Wednesday Dec. 17 at 7PM at the 'Kitchen' 1680 Minesite Road, Allentown. (Parking is available one-half block away on Chatter Way.)
"A Shropshire Lad" takes place in a pub on the Welsh/English border circa 1889. Needed are men and women ages 18 and up who like to act, recite, sing, and feign dancing and cavorting.
Auditions will be cold-readings. Rehearsals are scheduled for Sunday afternoons and Monday-Wednesday-Friday evenings.
Performances for "A Shropshire Lad' are Feb. 20,21,22, 27 28 & March 1.
