Star of the Day opens its 2018 with 'Oliver!' – words and music by Lionel Bart and based on the Charles Dickens novel Oliver Twist. An entertaining musical that brings Charles Dickens' timeless characters to life from his novel, the story tells of a poor orphan and his associates scrambling to survive in Old London Towne and begging for "more ... please." The score includes "Food Glorious Food", "Consider Yourself", "As Long as He Needs Me", and more.
Casting directors are seeking strong actors, singers, and dancers for the 2018 Season Opener: Oliver! We are looking for a cast of 30 individuals ages 7 and older. The majority of the cast will be made up of young performers.
No appointments necessary. You can audition on Monday, January 8, 2018 6-9PM or Wednesday, January 10, 2018 6-9PM. Callbacks by invitation only on Thursday, January 11, 2018 6PM-9PM. Auditions will be held on the lower level of St. John's UCC Emmaus, 139 N 4th Street, Emmaus, PA.
