THUMBNAIL REVIEW: The Pennsylvania Playhouse magically brings post-Covid razzle-dazzle to a pre-Bubonic Plaguemusical in its blazing-hot staging of "Pippen". Stephen Schwartz's unlikely 1970s Broadway hit is recreated by a tireless battalion of dancers, singers, and acrobats--- all the while channeling slinky, legendary choreographer Bob Fosse--- as they manufacture a rousing fairy tale out of Medieval war, terror, and internecine bloodshed.
"Pippin" runs through August 7th, 2022.
Performances are Friday and Saturday at 8:00 PM and Sunday at 6:00 PM.
Tickets are $25 for adults, $22 for seniors and $15 for students with valid school ID.
