Crowded Kitchen Players will be presenting Garson Kanin's classic tale of transformation, 'Born Yesterday', at McCoole's Arts and Events Place in Quakertown in March 2013.reb reading cropped doc

'Born Yesterday' matches men against women, politics against public welfare, and violence against comedy.  The play's reputation was carved in stone with the performance by the legendary Judy Holliday in the original Broadway production in 1946, and its film version in 1950.

A recent revival, starring the emerging talent, Nina Arianda, was a major Broadway hit.

Crowded Kitchen Players is widely renowned for its relentlessly physical comedy and its ability to find humour perspectives in almost any situation, no matter how intense, without diminishing the integrity of the orignal material.

'Born Yesterday' will run March 8 through 24.
