The Pennsylvania Playhouse presents 'A Fox on the Fairway', written by award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig, and directed by George B. Miller, running Jun 1st through June 17, 2018.

A tribute from Ludwig (Lend Me A Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo) to the great English farces of the 1930s and 1940s, A Fox On the Fairway takes audiences on a hilarious romp, which pulls the rug out from underneath the stuffy denizens of a private country club.

Filled with mistaken identities, slamming doors, dueling golf clubs, and over-the-top romantic shenanigans, it's a furiously paced comedy that recalls the Marx Brothers' classics. It’s a charmingly madcap adventure about love, life, and man's eternal love affair with...golf.

Critics have called it a hole-in-one hit:

“A Fox on the Fairway is phenomenally funny!” - New Jersey Star Ledger

“Ken Ludwig has a wicked sense of comedic anarchy, giving his characters such zany idiosyncrasies that they soar to dizzying heights!” - The Washington Examiner

“There’s something magical about the sound of explosive laughter in a theater. That is the kind of magic offered with Ken Ludwig’s A Fox on the Fairway.” - Alexandria Gazette Packet

The Fox on The Fairway cast features (order of appearance) Brian Welsko as Justin, Tatiana Torres as Louise, Pat Kelly as Bingham, Jeanie Olah as Pamela, John Corl as Dickie, Tracy Weaver as Muriel, and Paul Bonnici as The Starter.
