Allentown, PA – Star of the Day's 'SPOTLIGHT CABARET' is back for its 2015/16 season on Thursday, August 6, 2015 8pm.
This is the company's 5th season at Allentown Brew Works bringing Broadway-style cabarets and talent to the Lehigh Valley.
"How can you go from Allentown to New York City and back again in just 90 minutes' Come on a musical journey with Kate Pistone (of Allentown) and her friends at Allentown Brew Works on Thursday, August 6th at 8:00 PM".
"Off-Off-Off-Off Broadway" is a song cycle that chronicles Kate's tumultuous relationship with the City That Never Sleeps.
The story of her young adult life is told through music that has not yet been performed on Broadway.
"Tight harmonies and poignant lyrics come to life with the voices of Ryan Doncsecz, Nina Elias and Brian Michael, backed by a 4-piece band under the musical direction of Rich Lovallo".
The show features music by contemporary writers such as Kerrigan & Lowdermilk and Pasek & Paul
