Adapted by Kathryn Schultz Miller, the spooky classic story by Washington Irving, is presented with all the thrills, chills and laughs that will keep young audiences on the edge of their seats.
The tale revolves around the main characters—the bumbling, awkward schoolteacher, Ichabod Crane, the coquettish Katrina Van Tassel and Ichabod's brutish rival, Brom Bones. The storytellers keep the action moving - beginning with Ichabod's courtship with Katrina and leads to the inevitable frightening conclusion! This adaptation remains dedicated to the spirit of the original work yet expertly involves young people with lots of suspense and comedy.
