Dutch Country Players takes on a comedy masterpiece in November.

Mix a 1930s British film masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python, and you have 'Alfred Hitchcock's The 39 Steps', a fast-paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theatre!  

 

Enter a man with a boring life who meets a woman with a thick accent who says she's a spy.  

When he takes her home, she is murdered.  

Soon, a mysterious organization called 'The 39 Steps' is hot on the man's trail in a nationwide manhunt that climaxes in a death-defying finale!  

This 2-time Tony and Drama Desk Award-winning treat features over 150 zany characters (played by a ridiculously talented cast of 4), an on-stage plane crash, handcuffs, missing fingers, and some good old-fashioned romance!  

The show is directed by Phil Cook and produced by Deb Takes.  The four intrepid actors are Bill Algeo, Geoff Yaroschak, Ray Thompson, Nancy Server.

'Alfred Hitchcock's The 39 Steps' runs November 2 - 18, 2012 in Telford, Friday and Saturday at 8:00pm, Sunday at 2:00pm.

Opening Weekend features their Wine & Cheese and Director's Reception
