Selkie Theatre is seeking actors and dancers for a new musical based on the life of a saloon singer and songwriter entitled: Steve Brosky The Musical - Living Here in Allentown.
Directed by George B Miller, produced by the Lehigh Valley Blues Network, and penned by Miller and Brosky, the musical traces the musician's youth in the 6th Ward, Allentown, his Viet Nam experiences, his struggles after the conflict, and his journey as a musician.
5 male actors and 3 female actors, ranging from ages 25-40, and 3+ singers/dancers (including tap) are required for the musical, which runs November 19 and 20 at McCoole's Entertainment Center in Quakertown.Auditions will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 424 Center Street in Bethlehem on Saturday October 3 from 1 to 4 pm only.
