The Pennsylvania Playhouse will hold auditions for The Explorers Club,written by Nell Benjamin, on Sunday, November 6 and Monday, November 7from 6:30pm-9:00pm.
This very funny farce is about a men's club of"interesting" explorers and their exploits to try to keep out a newfemale applicant.
The cast calls for 8 men and 1 woman (who plays tworoles), and all roles are open.
Please come prepared with a shortcomedic monologue of less than two minutes (memorization not required)and you will also be asked to do cold readings from the script.
Proper British accents are required for all characters and well-honed comedictiming is important.
