The Pale Moon Players will present the side-splitting comedy Incorruptible by Michael Hollinger on November 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th at 7:30pm.

Their release: "Welcome to Priseaux, France, c. 1250 A.D.: The river flooded again last week. The chandler's shop just burned to the ground. Nobody's heard of the wheelbarrow yet. And Ste. Foy, the patron of the local monastery, hasn't worked a miracle in thirteen years.

"In other words, the Dark Ages still look pretty dark."

The action takes place in a 13th century monastery where four monks played by Bob Fatzinger, Dave Zimmerman, Brent Harris and Noah Smith are trying desperately to save it from financial ruin.

All seems lost until the destitute monks take a lesson from a larcenous one-eyed minstrel, Jack, played by Mike Muffley, who teaches them an outrageous new way to pay old debts.

Jack's sometime girlfriend and would-be wife, Marie, played by Izzy Nothstein, tries to mend his crooked ways while a peasant woman, played by Alissa Muffley, is busy doing anything to make or save a penny.

Eventually, all eyes turn to the Pope, whose promised visit will surely encourage other pilgrims to make the trek and restore the abbey to its former glory.

That is, until a rival church, run by an abbess named Agatha, played by Tara Crowe, claims to possess the relics of Ste. Foy”and "their" bones are working miracles.

Incorruptible and other Pale Moon Player's main stage productions are presented at Grace Lutheran Church at 4th and Mahoning Sts in Lehighton, PA where there are free parking, free refreshments and the theater is handicapped accessible.

Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $8 for students and seniors.
