Crowded Kitchen Players celebrates its 25 anniversary with a new and very dark comedy "The Watchers" October 9-26 at The Ice House in Bethlehem.

The Time is the immediate future.
Performing arts are now restricted and carefully monitored by the State.
We are in a darkened, boarded up theater.
Only a ghost light illuminates the stage.
A stage door, slightly ajar, stands idly UL.
A variety of stage cubes and blocks are piled and scattered on the stage floor.
A woman in pants and a pale blue blouse sits stiffly on a stage cube Center. Her hands and legs are tied, and a bucket is upside down over her head and face.
Pacing in front of her is a uniformed female officer, tensely gripping a riding crop in her gloved hands..
The prisoner is flanked by two subordinate uniformed troopers, their faces covered in black masks that reveal only their eyes and mouths.
The play begins with a harrowing interrogation.

Crowded Kitchen Players is seeking singers and actors for a new musical comedy, THE LAST DAYS OF CLEOPATRA written and composed by Charlie Barnett.

Auditions will be held April 7 and 8 at 1680 Minesite Road, Allentown, PA beginning at 700PM.

Singers and non-singers needed.  All ages 21 and older.

Lynn Flickinger is Music Director.

Ara Barlieb is Play Director.

 Crowded Kitchen Players is seeking five men and four women, ages 21 and above, for the March 2025 production of "An Explosion by the Ballyseedy Woods", a intense drama set in the years immediately following the Irish Civil War of 1922-1923.

"Ballyseedy Woods" is the third play in their trilogy of the fight for independence from Great Britain, after "The Rising" in 2023 and "The Revolution" in 2024.

The play will be performed March 13-16 at The Charles A. Brown Ice House in Bethlehem, PA.

Auditions will be held Sunday January 12 at 200PM and Tuesday January 14 at 700PM in The Kitchen, 1680 Minesite Road, Allentown, PA

Auditions will be cold readings from the script.
