Reading Community Players is pleased to announce that auditions for it's production of Arsenic and Old Lace have been scheduled by director, Bruce McLean.
Two sessions will be held, one on Sunday February 24 and the other on Monday February 25 at 7 PM. in Reading Community Players theatre, 403 North 11th Street.
American playwright Joseph Kesserling wrote this farcical black comedy in 1939. At the center of the action is the drama critic, Mortimer Brewster. Swirling about him are crazy, in some cases homicidal, members of his family. Two spinster aunts experiment with poison, a mad Uncle believes he's digging the Panama Canal in the family's cellar and Mortimer"s gangster brother turns up with mayhem on his mind. What fun!!
