The Shawnee Playhouse is offering a series of five cabarets during the 2014 season, in addition to a childrens show, A Year With Frog and Toad¦ kids.
On June 20, 2014, at 7PM, the summer cast performs A Few of Our Favorite Things Cabaret, a one-night only sneak preview of the 2014 summer season! Songs from Ring of Fire and Forever Plaid will be performed, as well as a number of the performers favorite songs.
A Few of Our Favorite Things Cabaret is open seating, no advance purchase needed Doors open at 6:30.
A suggested Donation at the Door of $8 gratefully accepted.
A Year With Frog and Toad¦ kids opens June 19 and runs through August 22.

Directed by Jessica Bickel, A Year With Frog and Toad ¦kids features a talented cast of young performers, including Bobby McClosky as Frog, James Carroll as Toad, Claudia Hernandez as Snail, Billy McClosky as Lizard, Ava Stripp as Mouse, Michaela Raub as Turtle, Amelia Ossman as Mole, Emily Carroll as Bird #1, Payton Brogna as Bird #2, Dylyn Arney as Bird #3, Catherine Ferguson as Bird #4, Aidan Raub as Squirrel #1,Joey Fantozzi as Squirrel # 2.
Ensemble members are Aalivia Berlin, Reagan Brown, Karen Defino,Sophia Ferguson, Kylie LaDuca, Lauren Maula, Lena Mujovic,Sydney Taylor and Daniella Turso.
A Year With Frog and Toad¦kids tickets are $10.
Show times are 10am on June 19,20,21,26,27,28, July 3,9,11,17,23,25,31, August 6,8,14,20,22, 11am: July 19, August 2, 16. and 7pm on July 18 and August 15.
